Ripley Power & Light is selling energy-efficient, Convectair electric heaters to help customers get rid of cold spots in their home in an economical way.

The thin, stylish, white heaters come in four sizes, ranging from a 500-watt heater that sells for $146 to a 1,500-watt heater with a towel-warming rack that sells for $623. (See chart below.)

You can finance your purchase with zero percent interest through Ripley Power & Light. Your payments will be on your monthly utility bill. The price includes tax and shipping to your home. Your new heater should arrive within seven to 10 days of your purchase.

The electric heaters, made by Convectair, provide the extra heat in cold weather to back up your main heating source. They’ll add extra heat to your bathroom or your bedroom at night or get rid of a cold spot in a room. The heaters provide an even heat throughout a room.

The heaters are user friendly; all you have to do is plug them in. All are equipped with a thermostat so that you can set your own comfort zone. Bathroom units come with a timer for heat that’s almost instantaneous.

The electric heaters are on display in the Ripley and Halls utility offices.
